Media: Media in contemporary contest and importance of islamic media

Media and islam

This is a time when the debate over whether the media should be monitored is becoming more relevant.  The importance of the Islamic media also needs to be discussed.  Here is an analysis of how the media has deteriorated.

The state of the media in contemporary contexts

Social media is an integral part of human life.  The media is a hybrid of many qualities such as communicating with each other and getting to know the news of the outside world.  From correspondence to social media that can be controlled at the fingertips, the extended media can help human beings to some extent but they also cause great damage in the society.

In a new climate, market-oriented media need to measure the depth of their depreciation when they are the subject of much media hype.  At the same time, we need to find out how far the potential of Islamic channels has spread and how far Islam can adapt to the new age.

Media and politics

The media, which is supposed to promote equality and brotherhood in society, is the mother of sectarianism and competitive markets.  When the selfish interests of some are appeased and provoked by some other media, their secular views are ruptured.  The minds are filled with the toxins of racial and ethnic hatred.  The media often turns out to be benefactors serving the parties.  Such media are the source of yellow stories during and after elections.

Are journalists safe?

In the new era when political leaders rule the people, conscientious journalists avoid crime but are prevented from gaining more public attention for the nefarious actions of political bosses.  Truth diverts.  Yet some political henchmen hunt them down and brutally kill them if they do not yield to their demands.  Honest journalists Gaurilankesh, Kalburgi and Govind Pansara were killed in an unidentified attack when some of them got headaches.

Criminals and drug mafias have killed many journalists over the past ten years for pointing out the truth in the immoral Philippines.  The world is facing the consequences of the media paving the way for the markets of private individuals and advertising companies.

When the media becomes the slave of governments!

The BBC and CNN, the channels that claim to be the largest nation in the United States, have perpetuated many misconceptions internationally.  Capitalist interests must be behind the portrayal of Islam as a religion of terror, which has always upheld universalism and morality.  They saw Islamic terrorism as a way to keep the Arabs, the monopolies of trade, both at sea and on land, away from other religions and nations.  That is why Muslims became rejected after the Cold War.  Capitalist penetration of the media in the form of digital capitalism is a challenge to society as the historical fact remains that today the media will create not only capitalist products but also its consumers.

Problems created by the media and technology

While the new generation has many advantages over the media in the pervasiveness of globalization and information technology, there are concerns that our values are being questioned.  The society that watches movies, serials and reality shows on mainstream television forgets the traditional handicrafts and moves on to new fashions.  Negative thoughts emanating from movies are also vindictive to our moral senses.  People are falling into the trap of such new evils as producers are making crores of rupees from movie theaters.

In the modern context, when online software influences young people and captivates them with their precious time, mind-blowing advertisements and emotional videos shake the foundations of morality.  Share chats and anonymous FB speeches can make life miserable and deceptive.  When games like Beau Veil and Pabji and music reminiscent of death cause great harm and harm to the body, man first needs the wisdom to recognize the evils of social media.

Islam: What media says

One can examine how systematic and western-based the philosophy of holy Islam is about ending the brutal practices of the sixth century and ending a new culture when the media engages in vicious activities that destroy their value and attitudes in an atmosphere of exploitation by word of mouth.  From the Islamic point of view, personality development takes place when honesty and fidelity become virtuous behaviors.  Holy Islam stipulates that such a quality should be reflected in the media as well.  The Qur'anic verses, which appealed to the worshipers of Tamas, who were steeped in superstition and superstitious practices, to the infinite expanse of spirituality are as follows: - "O you who believe! O you who fear Allah and be with the truthful"  In the same way, the Qur'an underlined that one should not tell what is heard except on the basis of clear evidence and should not cover up the truth.  Yet it is very sad that the few sages who critically approach Islam and the Qur'an, the driving force of a better intellectual movement, have added flaws to the values of the holy religion.

It is a reprehensible tendency in the online media to distort the religion by adding misleading statements about Islam.  Many do not understand the historical context and drag their arguments into the realm of the exemplary life of the apostles and their companions.  What a paradox that history is thus deconstructed.  That is the irreparable injustice of Islamic philosophy.

Is Islamic media the solution?

There are many news portals growing up at the cyber level questioning the Islamic code of conduct as a whole.  News bullets in news portals, which have far-reaching repercussions, often only spread messages of racism and religious hatred.  Therefore, there is a need for a team of educators who are able to communicate our ideas.  In the future, Islam and Muslims will be saved only when Islamic charity is made possible by activating more Sunni sites in the online media.

In short, the media situation today needs to be closely monitored.  Because the media is creating such a bad situation here.  There should also be Muslim representation in the media.
